Dubtap is a Pale Moon extension to duplicate tabs.

Simply open the tab context menu—by default mapped to clicking the
right mouse button on a tab—and select "Duplicate" to open a new tab
with the same address.

The tab that will be duplicated is the one that opened the context
menu, which can be different from the currently selected tab.

If the duplicated tab is also the selected tab, the browser will
automatically show the new duplicated tab.

Important:
Duplication is performed by navigating to the same address. If the
site requires credentials to access its contents you will need to
re-insert those credentials; if the site had a mechanism to destroy
the resource after viewing them a limited number of times, duplicating
the tab will count towards that limit.
